What Is The AUAC Inc?
The Australian University Alumni Council Incorporated (AUAC Inc.) is the peak body representing Alumni in Australia. The AUAC is a democratic organisation whose Executive is elected annually by the membership. It provides representation of graduate issues on campus and in state, national and international forums. AUAC lobbies to see the high standing of tertiary education in Australia maintained and enhanced, and provides information and support for professional Alumnists and volunteers alike.
In addition to representation, AUAC endeavours to provide a wide range of services, such as the dissemination of topical information, access to expertise in tertiary education issues, newsletters and an avenue to profile your organisation and network with like-minded people.
AUAC’s flagship, our national conference, provides a forum for individuals and organisations to investigate areas of need and to review the “state of play” regarding the plethora of tertiary education issues. Conferences have been held around Australia and give the host University an excellent opportunity to profile their campus and expertise to the world.

- 1995 Fostering Overseas Alumni Relationships (Adelaide)
- 1996 Delivering the Alumni message (Brisbane)
